Sure. Our agreement is short and sweet. We believe in handshake-type deals and since the contract is month-to-month, many typical concerns evaporate.

The agreement gives you the right to training, use of the intellectual property while you are a licensee (you are not buying the materials, you are renting them), the community of other licensees, and support.

We have a short non-competition portion in the agreement, but don't worry. We know you are already a consultant and do not intend to stop you from being one if you quit the program. We just don't want someone to use our materials when they are not a licensee.

We call this the Grandma test. If you would be comfortable telling your Grandma what you have done, it's ok with us. If you would be reluctant to tell her, it's probably out of bounds.
